The Book of James
The 11:00 ladies’ class meets in room 101 and is currently studying the book of James. This book is a series of do’s and don’ts for the Christian. James gives us the basics to help us firm up our beliefs. When he finishes there won’t be any guesswork or wondering as to what true Christianity looks like. This is a powerful letter giving us practical life-changing truth. It was written to give the church a manual of tests. These tests of living faith are all related to how a person lives, how they behave. It isn’t a question of what you say you believe, it’s a question of how you live. James wants to show us the character of living faith - what true Christianity looks like in everyday life.
